Cooperation Process

In principle, our MOQ is 500 pcs because we are the factory, and the unit price will be more and more lower if the order becomes larger.

Yes,we offer customization services because we have the engineering teams and the graphic designers who will provide the customers with services of OEM/ODM.

Our delivery time ranges from 20 to 25 days, and we will adjust the time for material preparation and massive production to meet the requirements of our customers so as to have a proper and quicker delivery time.

Payment and after-sales service

We support Shopify Payments, TT via bank transfer, Paypal and West Union according to your needs and these three methods are applicable to both samples and orders. Some will include the handling fees.

The defective rate of our products is much lower than 0.3%, but if there are some RMA products, we will provide the following maintenance services based on different situations. If the defective products are caused by the users, users shall pay the shipping fee and maintenance fee and if the problems come from the product itself, we will replace with new ones.

We have our quality department in which we have equipped four functional staffs like QC, IPQC, QE and SQE to do the pre-checking on materials, medium inspection on functions and post-inspection on the complete products before delivering them out to customers. In the meantime, we are in strict accordance with the requirements of ISO9001 & ISO14001, possessing plenty of certificates concerning our company and the products like BQB, MFI, HLK and CE, RoHS, Reach, FCC, BIS, CP65, KC, PSE, etc.
